    Residencies, workshops and fellowships

    Bryn Du – Artist-in-Residence Program 2025
    To strengthen local arts participation in Granville, Ohio, Bryn Du offers $2,000 for an 8-week residency and $3,000 for a 12-week residency to artists from all fields in the United States. The application fee is $15.

    Corning Museum of Glass – Black, Indigenous and People of Color live
    Black, Indigenous, or People of Color artists can spend five weeks in Western New York exploring new directions in glassmaking or expanding existing work. We provide a budget for transportation, room and board, and supplies.

    Dedalus Foundation – Senior Fellow in Art History
    The program supports art historians, critics, and curators in the pursuit of projects related to 20th-century painting, sculpture, and related arts. Grants are based on need and are capped at $30,000.

    Digital Arts Resource Centre (DARC) – Aboriginal Residency Program
    This residency program is open to mid-career Indigenous artists in the Ottawa-Gatineau region and welcomes submissions of film, video, animation, web art, sound art, AR/VR, interactive projects, and media installations. The program includes a $2,000 artist fee, a $500 speaking fee, and more.

    EFA Project Space – SHIFT: Artist Residency
    From January to July 2025, six practicing New York City artists will share studio space, artist honoraria, and production expenses; participate in peer-reviewed and group exhibitions; and more.

    Celebrating the splendor of Spanish art and culture, the festival invites proposals for lectures, academic research and performances related to the visual arts, music and theatre of Spain, Portugal, Latin America and the Diaspora.

    AICA International – Young Art Critic Incentive Award
    Three early to mid-career art critics from around the world will receive a cash prize of $250 to $1,000 for their paper.     Arts Gowanus – Public Art Open Call
    Seven artists will each receive a budget of $75,000 to $400,000 to create a public sculpture along Brooklyn’s Gowanus Canal that reflects the neighborhood’s history, culture, and geography.

    Barn Raiser – Solicitation proposal: “Reimagining the Rural Map”
    Barn Raiser Proposals are sought for stories of art and culture about creativity and social change in rural communities and small towns in the Midwestern United States, with a focus on reimagined or unconventional forms of mapping. Accepted projects will receive a $1,000 grant.

    AXS Film Fund
    Independent documentary filmmakers and people of color with disabilities working in nonfiction new media can apply for grants of up to $10,000 to help complete projects at any stage of production.

    New York State Council on the Arts
    NYSCA provides creative funding to individual artists throughout New York State through nonprofit fiscal sponsors. Grants are $10,000; fiscal sponsors may retain up to $500 for administrative expenses.

    Pollock-Krasner Foundation Grant
    Visual artists working in painting, sculpture, and works on paper (including printmaking) may apply for grants of up to $50,000. Grant amounts depend on the artist’s individual circumstances.

    RedLine Center for Contemporary Art – 2024 INSITE Fund
    Grants of $5,000 to $10,000 are available for public-facing visual arts projects conducted outside of a studio, museum, art center, or traditional gallery setting within 115 miles of Denver, Colorado.
